Dan Simmons (born 1948 in Peoria Illinois) Dan Simmons, whose major stress lies definitely on Science Fiction and Fantasy, is an author who is extremely disputed. On the one hand he wrote highlights of horror literature, on the other hand some books are simply secular and the impression can be stated that Simmons carries to writing souls in his chest.
